Challenge Rules

Connect with at least ten Ottawa suppliers within ten days (between April 1 - 10, 2026) for at least 10 minutes each, and you're entered into an exciting rewards program!

Schedule your meetings via our online platform (Venues Quarterly).

Meetings can take place by phone or virtual meeting. In-person site visits are not required.

Rewards will be announced April 15 - 16, 2026.
GET STARTED
In just three easy steps...

Step 1: Create a Profile
Visit our online directory
Click "Create a Profile" and select Get Started under "I am a Planner".

Step 2: Search Directory
Use "Search Directory" to access the directory. Click "Filters" and enter "Ottawa" in the search field. This will bring up all participating Ottawa vendors.

Step 3: Request a Meeting
Once you find a vendor of interest, click "Learn More" to open up details. Request a meeting by filling in the "Send an Inquiry" form.
IMPORTANT
Please be sure to request a meeting through Venues Quarterly using the "Send an Inquiry" form. We will not be able to verify your requests otherwise.
