WHAT'S HAPPENING?
Meet 40 vendors in 40 days - reap the rewards.
In this exciting hybrid format, you'll have forty days to connect with your choice of 40 vendors. Qualify for top tiered prizes along the way.​ The program is simple, convenient, and super engaging!

STEP 1: Register online. (A registration link is provided in your invitation.)

STEP 2: Once registered, browse our directory of participating vendors and book meetings directly. Meetings can be in-person, by phone, or online.

STEP 3: Upon completion, you'll be entered into the top-tiered prize draws!

The Rules.

This event is strictly by invitation only.

Complete the online registration to receive an email confirmation. The confirmation will also contain a link to the directory of participating vendors. You'll be able to filter by category (hotel, rental, AV, etc.), as well as by geography (city, province).

Decide which vendors you're most interested in meeting and book directly by clicking the "Book Meeting" button. Request a virtual meeting (Zoom, etc.) or, in-person meeting (site visit, coffee, etc.).

Book your meeting between June 20, 2025 and July 30, 2025 to qualify.

Meetings should last a minimum of 15 minutes to qualify. Vendors will verify a meeting took place.

Meetings must be completed by 11:59pm on July 30, 2025 to qualify.

Record your completed meetings in the Meetings Journal provided by Venue Series. The Meeting Journal is an online form that tracks your completed meetings (which vendor you met with and when). Meetings will be cross-referenced with vendor verification.

Complete 40 meetings within the 40 days between June 20-July 30, 2025, to qualify for incredible prize packages, including overnight stays at luxury hotels and resort, dining certificates, spa experiences, and more!

Prizes will be announced no later than August 7th, 2025. Winners will be notified by email and posted on our contest website.
