Meet a small collection of destinations and venues perfect for hosting small and large events - from board retreats and member events to conferences, trade shows and more. Featuring an intimate collection of venues local and beyond, such as Black Rock Oceanfront Resort, Tourism Nanaimo, Meet In Penticton, Tourism Kamloops, Events Regina, Summerhill Pyramid Winery, Parkside Hotel & Spa, and more.
The format of our event includes a round of 8-minute meetings (similar to speed dating), plus a delicious selection of canapes, cocktails or coffee. Detailed instructions provided upon arrival.
Finally, join us for Night Cap, our early evening recpetion (5pm) where you'll be entered into our prize draws that include overnight stays at luxury hotels and resorts, dining certificates, spa experiences and more.
