Venue Series launches 2019 in the Okanagan with an exciting premier event in Kelowna! Designed for event planners who want to keep an eye on fresh venue ideas. This event is limited and by invitation only.

The Venue Series takes the form of speed meetings between event planners and representatives from event venues and service providers. Afterwards, we'll enjoy a light reception and some incredible prize giveaways! Past prizes included overnight stays at hotels and resorts, wine tours, cruises, and tickets to events.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Invited guests attend at no charge, however, if you have confirmed, but cannot attend, please inform us at least five (5) business days prior to the event. Transfers are not be permitted, however, if you have a colleague who you feel should be invited to a future event, please let us know.
Cancellation requests must identify the registrant's name and email address. Please send cancellation requests to christopher@o2dmedia.com and quote “Cancellation” in the subject field.
PLEASE BE AWARE WE HAVE A VERY STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY.
AS THIS EVENT IS COMPLIMENTARY FOR EVENT PLANNERS, WE ASK THAT YOU KINDLY RESPECT THE INVESTMENT OUR VENDORS HAVE MADE TO MAKE THE EVENT POSSIBLE. AS SUCH, WE APPRECIATE CANCELLATIONS MADE AT LEAST FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
CANCELLATIONS MADE AFTER FIVE BUSINESS DAYS ARE CONSIDERED A "NO SHOW" AND MAY RESULT IN NO FURTHER INVITATIONS, OR PARTICIPATION IN FUTURE EVENTS PRODUCED BY THE VENUE SERIES AND OPEN2DISCUSSION.
WE UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES UNEXPECTED EVENTS ARISE. HOWEVER, AFTER TWO CONSECUTIVE NO-SHOWS, YOU MAY BE REMOVED FROM ALL FUTURE INVITATIONS.
