This event is dedicated to corporate and association meeting & event planners, as well as third-party planners and site selection professionals.

HOW IT WORKS
Register and meet some incredible suppliers!
Register for the event in your city. There are a very limited number of spots available on a first-registered basis.
THE PROGRAM
Arrive by 2:00pm for a light reception, including a welcome beverage and some delicious bites.
Shortly after arrival, we'll commence a round of 8-minute meetings where you'll have the opportunity to meet each exhibitor, conducted in a speed-dating format. At 3:30pm, we'll start the prize draws!
TO QUALIFY FOR GRAND PRIZES
Register yourself and another event planner, and you'll each be automatically entered for the grand prize draws - overnight trips to luxury hotels and resorts! You and your guest must arrive by 2:00pm to qualify.
