Welcome to our family of venues and destinations.

We are proud to introduce new events this Fall that include improved matching criteria and buyer qualification processes.  We've also got a few other tricks up our sleeves!  Download our Vendor Package for details.

VENDOR REGISTRATION

Please note your contact information will be shared with attendees.

Please select your events and provide billing details.  An invoice will be issued and your spot will be held until the invoice expiry date.

Please allow up to 48 hours to receive an invoice/quote via email.

WHAT TO BRING

Signage is permitted, but space may be restricted.

We advise keeping retractable banners to a max of 8' unless otherwise confirmed.

Laptop or tablet.

These devices are highly recommended, as they don't take up much room and you can show pictures, video, floor plans, capacity charts, menus, price lists and calendars to book site visits.

Marketing collateral & business cards.

Prize for the draw (min. $100 value).

Swag is permitted.

WHAT NOT TO BRING

No outside food or drink permitted.

Most of our host venues have restrictions on outside food.  Please respect these policies.

More than two (2) representatives.

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate up to two (2) representatives per vendor.

Audio devices.

Please do not bring loud speakers to play music.  Videos from your laptop are acceptable at reasonable volumes.
