Workout for Event Pros by an Event Pro - join MPI Ottawa Chapter member and certified group fitness and yoga instructor, Christine Dubue, CMP, as she guides you through a stretch, relax, and restorative yoga practice designed to help event professionals unwind and reset. Wear your favourite comfortable active‑wear clothing and bring your mat so you can settle in with ease and fully enjoy this grounding, rejuvenating session.

Free time - enjoy a variety of onsite amenities, including full gym, pool, pickleball, hiking, or relax in the clubhouse or restaurant with a good book and glass of wine.

Andrew Holmes, RPSGT is a renowned sleep specialist and educator who brings 20 years of expertise in sleep medicine technology. His extensive professional background includes senior leadership roles within hospitals and healthcare settings. Andrew led the team responsible for a full-service sleep clinic and cardiopulmonary department at one of the biggest hospitals in the nation’s capital, Ottawa.
