This event centres on the idea behind every great chinook: things can change quickly when the right conditions come together.

We connect corporate and association event planners with leading venues and destinations. The program combines Venue Series’ signature 8-minute meetings with breakfast and lunch buffets, compelling speakers, interactive moments and an afternoon reception. We're also thrilled to introduce our Hosted Buyer Program!

Throughout the day, the Chinook theme comes to life through warm hospitality, winter-inspired touches and experiences that play with contrast: cold and warm, familiar and unexpected, business and pleasure.

HOSTED BUYERS

The Hosted Buyer Program offers corporate event planners from around the country to attend a full-day Venue Series event. Travel and accommodations are included.

Hosted Buyers participate in private 15-minute meetings with select Premier vendors and enjoy full access to the event programming, activities and meals.
